The figures for November are in! According to the US Census Bureau and the US Department of Commerce spending in construction spending in November totaled $866 billion, a 7.7% gain over last November. The gains experienced were in private residential construction versus commercial construction.
As mentioned in previous posts, builder confidence continues to improve as the housing market bounces back. In 2012 we experienced our own growing confidence, based on the changing economy and housing market. We began construction of our new model in addition, to our custom home projects.
We were very excited over the positive changes we saw in 2012 and know that 2013 will be an even better year. This year we will also be launching out new logo and website! We are very excited to be sharing these changes soon.
